MAIL FINE PAYMENT
(Points will be assessed against your driving record).
Do the following:

M. FRY JR., CLERK OF COURTS. (See Civil Fine Payment
Information) |

Enclose
your copy of the citation with your payment (No cash, personal or company
checks) in an envelope addressed to:

Option 2
REQUEST TO ATTEND DRIVER
IMPROVEMENT SCHOOL (IF ELIGIBLE)
(No points will be assessed against your driving record if you complete the
school)

for attending Driver Improvement School.

Note: A CDL (Commercial Drivers License) Holder may not elect school on
any citation.
Please
Note: Any driver charged with exceeding the speed limit of 30 M.P.H. or more MAY NOT elect traffic school. There is a MANDATORY court appearance.

REQUEST A COURT HEARING
- NOTE: The Court may impose a fine not to exceed $500 (plus court costs) or require
attendance of a 4,8 or 12 hour Driver Improvement School - or both

a written request and enclose your copy of the citation issued to you. Be sure
your name is clear and a current mailing address is given along with a phone number where you can be reached. You will then be
advised of a hearing date by return mail. |
